Prince Rupert Eagle Eye Archery Club had their annual archery shoot May 28 & 29, 2011

15 Terrace Whiskey Jack Archery Club members placed at this event including;

Men Longbow – First Allan Correia (completing his 3 tournament sweep of the Northwest) and Third Scott Trent
Female Longbow –second Leeanne Critichley Third – Cindy Hansen
Female Recurve – Third – Rita Wacholtz
Men Recurve – third - Jim Hansen
Male Unlimited – First Mike Lewis
Female Unlimited – Second – Maggie Haley – third – Kasey Lewis
Cub Unlimited – third Timber Lewis
Cub Bowhunter Sighted- First – Tiaan Fourie
Cub Recurve – first – Carter Durango Second Craig Durango
Pee Wee Barebow – second – Brome Hansen third Dawson Lewis

Of note is that all members of two Terrace families placed in the tournament including; all three members of the Hansen family and all four participating members of the Lewis family.

The weather was wonderful. Friday night there was a free crab feed. Saturday night, was even better with a steak, halibut and salmon supper.
They raffled off a $1,300 fishing charter which was won by Kevin Wade of Terrace.
